Peanut butter chocolate cake. Moist chocolate cake is layered and frosted with a rich peanut butter Swiss meringue buttercream. To make it even more decadent, it is topped with Ferrero Rocher, a dark chocolate ganache drip and peanut butter chocolate chip cookie crumbs.
I had such a craving for peanut butter and chocolate all week that i had to do something about it. So here's the result! 😄
