So Rachel turned 13 and this was her vision for the cake that brought her into her teen years. Both tiers are: Strawberry Chiffon...light lemon buttermilk cake filled with fresh strawberry mousseline covered with white chocolate buttercream.
It's always fun to bake for milestones. The client's excitement becomes contagious and all I want to do Is deliver their vision for their special day.
