After our move I finally got the chance to do a tasting in the community to let my neighbors taste some of my treats. Being a home Baker I do my tastings a bit different but it's the easiest way for me. The flavor pairings for today's tasting were: Banana cake w/a cinnamon Italian buttercream. Carrot cake w/a chai cream cheese frosting. Cafe mocha cake w/a coffee cream cheese frosting. Lemon thyme cake w/ a lemon Italian buttercream and lemon curd filling.
