Naked wedding cake with 3 tiers of yumminess. Top tier: Vanilla Mascarpone Chardonnay. Chardonnay cake filled with a vanilla mascarpone mousse. Middle tier: Strawberry Peach Chardonnay. Chardonnay cake soaked with strawberry puree, filled with vanilla pastry cream and chopped peaches. Bottom tier: Pink Verveine Champagne. Bubbly champagne cake, filled with verveine infused pastry cream.
